Требования к подготовке слушателей It is required that the participant has a good understanding of the following items: LAN / WAN Cisco Unified Communications Presales & Design (CUCPD) or Voice over IP Fundamentals (CVOICE) and Cisco IP Telephony (CIPT) Цель курса The course provides the knowledge and experience necessary to sell and design advances Enterprise Voice applications. The course content argues about selling points for advanced Cisco unified communications solution and shows an overview about the products for different unified communications scenarios. Starting with the Cisco Unified Rich Media Solutions, the Unified Communications portfolio is introduced for small and remote offices. Cisco Unified MeetingPlace and MeetingPlace Express will be presented as the conference solutions for Unified Communications. On top of the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace portfolio Cisco TelePresence is introduced. Finally Cisco Unified Presence Server and Cisco Unified IP Contact Center will complete the advanced Cisco unified communications solution.
