3-rd Student International Cisco Olympiad of Network Technologies

Cisco Student Olympiad is carried out from 2005 yearly, by May month in the Moscow Technical University of Telecommunications and Informatics (MTUCI) under the patronage of international education program “Cisco Networking Academy”.
The Olympic competition consists of two phases. The first phase is a remote online test based on the Cisco Network Academy curriculum (CCNA 1-4). The second phase requires personal presence of those who succeeded in passing though the first one. That phase take place in Moscow in the MTUCI. It consists of some technical tasks, like acting with active and passive network equipment. The first task concentrates on passive network equipment; the second is related to network configuration and focused on physical network layer, connectivity, configuration of network components, and troubleshooting. Cisco Student Networking Olympiad is opened for students of secondary schools and universities aged from 14 to 25 and are registered in the Cisco Networking Academy Program, haven’t participated in the past Olympiads and ended CCNA course recently. Those who are not studying in Cisco Networking Academies could take part in the competition on special permission of the Organizing Committee. Each participant must provide a document to confirm that he or she is a student of a secondary school or university. A copy of the document must be sent to the Organizing Committee by:

The registration of Olympiad participator begins from may 2007.
Attention! Recommended web-browser is Internet Explorer 6.x and higher. It would help to avoid some problems with registration and on-line testing.
Way of registration:
1. Post in web-browser link www.elearning.ru 2. Click on the link REGISTRATION (for foreign residents). 3. Download Excel file and fill in required fields. 4. Fill in this registration form and mail to olympiad@ciscotrain.ru 5. The letter with approval of your registration as participant would be sent to you during a day – time. If you haven’t got the letter in that time period – write to olympiad@ciscotrain.ru with high speed! If you’ve got problems with registration, lost password or else problems – write to olympiad@ciscotrain.ru too. After the registration the letter would be sent to the participant of Olympiad. There would be a invitation, where date and time of elimination tour would be written. Access instructions to system of on-line testing would be shown there too.
Instruction for the test procedure: 1. Post in web-browser link www.elearning.ru 2. Chouse link “Login” 3. Post user name and password 4. In the left column, point “testing” choose sub point “Exam” 5. In the appeared table with information about test – click green bottom in the field “Pass” 6. In the new window click the green bottom and testing will begin 7. Testing questions is shown in two forms:
